• We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

• 24+ hours’ notice: No fee.

• Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the scheduled service will be charged.

• Same-day cancellation: 50% of the scheduled service will be charged.

• No-show: 100% of the scheduled service will be charged.

• Please note that arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being shortened or

• rescheduled, depending on availability. Our cancellation policy may apply.

• We understand that unexpected circumstances happen. If an emergency arises, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
